Ramanahalli & Chamundi Hills
Ramanahalli village is located about an hour outside of Mysore; we helped with a health clinic. Then we also tackled the famous Chamundi Hill- a steep ride up . And we also got to meet the local monkeys with an offer of food.
Mysore school for children with special needs
Children diagnosed with neuro-developmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, deafness and physically and cognitive impairments are being educated at this one of a kind school. Ella interviews the school's founder.
Riding in the rickshaws... all around Mysore
Autorickshaws are especially common in countries with tropical or subtropical climates, since they usually are not fully enclosed, and are relatively inexpensive to operate. It is THE way to get around Mysore
4am hike up Chamundi Hills
Chamundeswari temple is situated on the top of Chamundi hill which is about 3,489 ft. above sea level . This did not deter Ginette- shows us her early morning energy by starting her climb at 4am!
